Bing Mi, a charming Chinese restaurant located at 2572 NW Vaughn St E in Portland, has quickly gained a reputation for its flavorful offerings and welcoming atmosphere. Patrons rave about the delicious jianbing, a savory crepe that stands out for its delightful texture and creative fillings. The classic and bacon options are particularly popular, with many claiming it's a must-try. Dumplings are another highlight, with reviews praising their freshness and perfect texture. The vegan dumplings, while noted for their good texture, could use a bit more flavor, suggesting the kitchen’s commitment to craft can further enhance this dish. The You Po Mian, an ultra-spicy noodle dish, has become a favorite, often accompanied by a fried egg for an extra touch of richness. Many diners appreciate the attentive and friendly service from the family behind Bing Mi, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. Refreshing beverages like mango lemonade and passion fruit tea round out the delightful menu. Overall, Bing Mi impresses not just for the quality of its dishes but also for the inviting space that feels both cozy and vibrant. It's a place that invites you back for more, showcasing Portland's rich culinary scene with genuine flair.

Fast and friendly service. Tried the tea eggs and vegan dumplings. Everything was good. Filling of vegan dumplings could’ve been a little more flavorful. Good texture though!

A cute, cozy little spot on the NE side of town. The food was absolutely spectacular, loaded with flavor and so so fresh!! The dumplings were 10/10. The beef noodle soup is something I’ll dream about. And the roasted mushroom jianbing was all the things I didn’t know I needed. The You Po Mian (extra spicy) was also very tasty. We added a fried egg on top (great idea!) I also had the mango lemonade the passion fruit tea. Yum! The family who owns the shop are very sweet. I’ll be going back very soon.

Glad to know the quality of the jiangbing at this location matches their food cart. It was incredibly tasty and flavorful. Highly recommend the classic and bacon. Will be back soon to try more of their jiangbing options.

The jianbing is delicious and fun! Not too heavy but filling. Decent prices for what you get too. The duck is good, sausage is a bit too salty for my tastes.

My favorite noodles and dumplings in Portland! Don’t miss the You Po Mian, chili wontons, and any of the dumplings. My first time having a jianbing...AMAZING! Also the house made pickles were so good, I could’ve eaten the whole plate myself. Simply the best!

Bing Mi is a must stop for authentic and unique Chinese food. The loaded roast duck jianbing has depth of flavor and never disappoints. If you are unsure about trying new foods this is a great place to break outside your comfort zone!

I've driven by here many, many times, but today, I had a buddy with me who was up for noodles and dumplings, so we stopped by for lunch. We ordered a little bit of everything and the food did not disappoint us! It was all excellent from the loaded bing, beef noodles, pork dumplings, and pork wonton soup. We arrived and ordered right before the lunch crowd piled in. The dining area is nicely furnished, clean, and cozy. Ordering is done at the counter. The attendant was nice enough, but we had to ask for a few things like a glass of ice for our drinks and small plates for our dumplings. In that aspect, they could have been a little more attentive and to ask if we wanted chili oil, etc. The lady delivering the food was more attentive than the cashier. We had to come back as we were craving their beef noodles soup and bing! Service was super today, and the food was once again delicious!
